Overview
gle/SmartRTD-200R is a standalone, compact and rugged, unit designed for conditioning and acquisition of RTD temperature measurement sensors (Resistive Temperature Devices).
It is based on a “system on chip” FPGA + ARM controller that manages acquisition cycle, data correction, linearization, and EU conversion. Output data is available via USB 2.0 or RS 232 / 422 interfaces.
The software GUI allows the definition of acquisition setup and measurement tasks as: scanning speed, active channels, interface parameters, data averaging, numerical data display and storage, as Binary or CSV.
Thanks to its exceptionally robust construction, gle/SmartRTD-200R is particularly suitable in all applications where space is a premium, ruggedness and wide temperature range are necessary, especially where reliability and high accuracy are mandatory.
gle/SmartRTD-200I is the industrial version of gle/SmartRTD-200R, it is available in a cheaper but still very robust enclosure. It offers USB 2.0 i/f only, operating temperature range from -25 to +60 °C and, as option, power supply via USB.
